It will be a welfare colony where provisions are made for the reformation of heart and mind, emotions, physical needs, and life, along with complete arrangements for spiritual and physical nourishment.

Darussalam will bring together families who wish to protect their faith, character, and future generations. Each person's abilities will be recognized and utilized for the collective good.
Scholars will participate in education and training, skilled workers will transfer their expertise, farmers will cultivate the land, and wealthy individuals will cooperate in economic projects.
A Peaceful Settlement Within Pakistan
Darussalam will be a law-abiding part of the state of Pakistan. Compliance with national laws, cooperation with the state, and respect for Pakistan's geographical and ideological boundaries will be part of its collective behavior.
Darussalam will not be an affiliate of any political party, religious organization, or religious sect. Residents will be free to worship according to their own school of jurisprudence, and sectarian conflict will be completely avoided.
Consultative Governance
The affairs of the settlement will be managed through the consultation of the Amir and the Shura Council. In collective decisions, the opinion, ability, and experience of the residents will be given importance.
