Aims & Objectives
ضروریاتِ خمسہ (مقاصدِ شریعت)
دارالسلام کے پہلے ۵ بنیادی مقاصد شریعتِ اسلامیہ کی ضروریاتِ خمسہ پر مبنی ہیں۔ ان کا مقصد موجودہ دور کے معاشی، اخلاقی اور سماجی بگاڑ میں انسان کے ایمان، جان، عقل، نسل اور مال کو مکمل شرعی و عملی تحفظ فراہم کرنا ہے:
Protection of Faith
The primary goal of Darussalam is to provide an environment where protecting faith and practicing religion is easy. Prayer, remembrance of Allah, recitation, religious knowledge, and living according to Sunnah will be given a place in daily routines.
Self-Purification & Character Reform
The communal life of Darussalam will invite people to review their habits, gain control over their excesses, and align their daily life with the Sunnah. Worship, simple food, punctuality, hard work, and mutual accountability will be the basic means of this training.
Establishment of Academic & Research Institute
A comprehensive research institute will be established in Darussalam where scholars with deep insight in various sciences and arts will be trained. Systematic training in research, ijtihad, writing, and oratory will be provided.
Raising a Righteous Generation
Children will be raised in an environment where along with knowledge, they receive character, worship, hard work, modesty, responsibility, and a sense of service. Parents and the educational institution will jointly provide their intellectual, moral, physical, and practical training.
Simple & Sunnah-Based Social Life
Social matters including marriage, celebrations, funerals, and burial will be kept close to the Sunnah. Unnecessary customs, ostentation, and financial burden will be avoided. Marriage will be made easy.
تکمیلی و انتظامی مقاصد (معاشرتی ستون)
دارالسلام کے یہ ۳ مقاصد بستی کے اجتماعی، فکری اور انتظامی نظام کو استوار کرتے ہیں۔ ان کا مقصد مسلکی تفرقہ بازی کا خاتمہ، جدیدیت کا علمی مقابلہ کرنے والے داعیانِ حق کی تیاری، اور سنتِ نبوی کے مطابق شورائی نظام کے تحت ملکی قوانین کی کامل پاسداری کرنا ہے
Avoidance of Sectarianism
Jurisprudential affiliations such as Barelvi, Deobandi, and Ahl-e-Hadith will not be allowed to become a means of mutual conflict. Each person can practice their own school of jurisprudence, but humiliation of others and sectarian discourse will not be permitted.
Brotherhood & Mutual Care
Residents will look after each other's life, property, honor, and needs. Supporting each other in difficult times, caring for the sick, and participating in communal work will be a shared responsibility.
Economic Self-Sufficiency
Through farming, animal husbandry, craftsmanship, small industry, and local trade, an effort will be made to meet life's necessities within the settlement. Dependence on external resources will be reduced.
